LAW-5B series full automatic AC servo inslot coil winding machine is a brand new product we developed in August, 2008. It adopts world class technology and takes use of the servo motor as the drive force for winding and indexing, and it adopts touch screen, which is very convenient for customers to change the parameter and the efficiency is quite higher than before. Machine feature
The wire end can clamp or cut, which can largely save the wire.
The hanging part is sleeve protected which is quick and reliable.
The flying fork is made of alloy aluminum with high strength.
The balance of the mould and the load adopts star-shape structure, so it is much more stable than before.
There is a buffer between the matched molds; it can reduce much
noise during running.
The expansion control will be dependable on different wire diameter; it adopts USA magnetic constant tension device and Mitsubishi electrical control unit. Besides, the tension holder can be rotated base on your different requirement.
Maintenance
1) The machine should be installed on the clear environment with suitable humidity.
2) The servo motor should keep away from the oil, liquid and impact by the hard substance.
3) To make sure the transmission mechanism well run, avoid continuous 3 shifts working for more than 3 days.
4). Add oil and lubricant periodically, the flying fork, guild-way and bearing should be added with white butter every half month. The indexing spindle and guide sleeve should add 40# oil, also the part between the hang sleeve and outside sleeve should be added with 40# oil, too. Surly, Other parts should be added oil.
5) All the main parts of the equipment are used imported dust-proof bearing, usually it is not necessary to maintenance, it may need to change a new one if the running is not smooth or stuck.
6) All the cylinder is oil-free lubrication cylinder, usually the lubricator doesn`t need to add oil but the filter should discharge the water periodically.
7) The position of balance weight block of flying fork can not be adjusted, otherwise it will influence the dynamic balance of spindle or it even may cause the overload warning of servo amplifier. The position of magnetic switch on the cylinder and the approach switch on the machine can not be adjusted.
8) Do not impact or knock the touched screen and its frame, and do press it hard.
9) Do not shake or rotate the fixing box of touch screen.
10) Do not rotate or shake the fixing box of the touched screen.
11) Keep the touch screen and the fixing box clean; avoid water, oil, dust or corrosive substance such as oil, dust, acid, and rust substance and direct sunshine.
12) Keep away from the equipment which will generate heavy electromagnetic wave, such as transformer and high-voltage power supply.
